Care Instructions

We hope you’re happy with your Charl knitwear item. In order to ensure this piece lasts for years to come, here are some guidelines that you might like to follow and some helpful information about the yarns and how best to care for them.

Charl knitwear is made from precious and delicate yarns that need special care when washing. Due to the nature of these yarns you may notice subtle the occasional pilling (bobbling) at points of friction (chest, underarms, and hips). We recommend that you do not use a shoulder strap bag directly next to our knitwear to avoid pilling, but should this happen, please use a “de-bobbler” (available in the haberdashery dept. of most department stores) to remove unwanted bobbles. For extra caution, please follow the instructions on the care label to ensure your item lasts as long as possible.

Be kind to the environment! Use an eco-friendly washing liquid or powder.
