How do I know my order has gone through online?
You will receive an email with confirmation of your order together with a unique Order Reference Number. You can also check your account on this website to review an order. If you have not received this please contact us at email@example.com
Can I place an order over the phone?
Unfortunately as of yet, you cannot place an order by phone as payment for goods can only be accepted on line.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept payment from any major credit or debit card company or bank.
Do any tax
All prices quoted on this website are inclusive of UK taxes (VAT) at the current rate (20%). For orders placed outside of the European Community it is your responsibility to claim any tax back. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
What delivery options do you offer?
We will process your delivery within 3 working days.
All orders will be sent to you by Royal Mail . Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email to advise you of this together with a unique tracking number in order that you can track your package online at https://www.royalmail.com

What happens if my order has not arrived?
If your parcel does not arrive, please visit https://www.royalmail.com/ to track the status of your item using your unique tracking reference. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org remembering to quote your reference number.
What is your exchange and returns policy?
If you are not happy with your Charl Knitwear garment, we are happy to exchange or refund your item. Unfortunately returns are not free of charge unless the item is faulty, in which case we will be happy to replace your order and pay all delivery charges. You must obtain a returns / exchange reference by emailing email@example.com prior to returning your item and within 28 days of receiving your item. This reference must be filled in on the returns form you received with your package.
Please return your item within 28 days of receipt of the goods and the returns/exchange form (delivered with the goods) completed and returned. We will give you a full refund or exchange within 30 days of you returning the items.
All items must be returned in an unworn (re-saleable) and unwashed condition with the correct invoice, packaging and swing tag still attached. All un-damaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s Card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments. International customs duties, shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
We strongly recommend you obtain a free ‘Certificate of Posting’ from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
In the UK, including Northern Ireland, replacement goods will be sent to you free of charge using our standard delivery method.

How do I return a faulty product?
Please follow the instructions as above for returns. Products returned to us by you due to a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you.
How do I know it is safe to shop with you?
Charl Knitwear takes your data protection very seriously. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Stripe and occurs on this secure site.
