Made in Norfolk by heritage maritime outfitters Yarmouth Oilskins, this shirt-dress has been crafted with care in a heavy weight100% OEKO-TEX certified cotton candy stripe, reminiscent of the heavy denims and cotton canvases.

The silhouette is relaxed but considered in its attention to detail. The full, flowing skirt has been lengthened by 7cm compared to last season, and the bodice panel is slightly narrower to accommodate more body shapes. The neat Peter Pan collar adds a subtle vintage charm inspired by Edwardian tailoring. Thoughtful details like tuck stitching through the skirt provide volume and structure, with a nod to the traditional pinafores once worn along this coast. The pin tucks can also be used to “take-up” or “let down” the length of the skirt, as was their original function.

Practicality is at the heart of the design. It features oversized patch pockets on the chest and deep side pockets in the skirt, perfect for everyday essentials. The elbow-length sleeves can be rolled for a more casual look, and the button-down front—finished with sustainable corozo nut buttons—can be worn fully fastened or open for a relaxed feel.
